Do you have questions about our exams, how to prepare, or scheduling an appointment? That’s normal, and we’re here to help. In this section, we provide simple and clear answers to our patients’ most frequently asked questions, so you can arrive at your appointment feeling calm and well-informed.
Please bring your prescription and your ID.
If you have previous exams (transcripts or online access), they may be useful for comparison.
After your exam, you will receive secure access to PACSonWEB so you can view your images (and the report, if available).
The report is also sent directly to your referring physician.
Please be sure to inform our team before any X-ray examination (radiography, mammography, CBCT, CT scan).
We will adjust our care as needed.
Rates depend on the type of exam and your circumstances (health insurance plan, status).
Most procedures are performed at the contracted rate. Some doctors may be partially contracted.
MRI and CT scans arranged through our partners are performed without any additional fees.
MRI and CT scans are performed in collaboration with our partner hospitals in Brussels.
Our team can assist you in scheduling your appointment and completing the necessary administrative procedures.
Payments can be made via Bancontact, bank transfer, or cash.
A receipt can be provided upon request.
The Jubilé and Woluwe-Evere centers are accessible to people with limited mobility.
